Jollyness - Multi Purpose, eCommerce Drupal Theme

Hello, this Jolly theme looks amazing, the thought that went into putting this together is impressive and the price is amazingly reasonable. I do not need the store portion and would like to remove, when I diable the commerce modules, the page rendering becomes weird, I can load the index but loading a node even like http://blala.com/node/23, I reenable the module, its fine. Ideas?

I notice that this latest version that I purchased does not include the jollyness_sub subtheme. I would like to have a subtheme so that when you update the theme I can just replace the entire jollyness theme folder without coping over any changes I have made.

When i create articles they appear without paragraphs. I notice on your demo that this is also the case. How do I get paragraphs?

I am using the latest version of your awesome theme/modules. I am having an issue with the layer transition effects. They don't seem to be doing anything other than fading in. If I choose incoming effect 'Long from Bottom' it does the same as 'Short From Right'. Am I missing something?

I've purchased this theme 3 times. The last 2 times I've had trouble uploading 2 files that are part of the package - /sites/all/modules/commerce/modules/product_reference/includes/views/handlers/commerce_product_reference_handler_filter_node_is_product_display.inc and /sites/all/modules/commerce/modules/product_reference/includes/views/handlers/commerce_product_reference_handler_filter_product_line_item_type.inc I ending up just grabbing the same files from the first purchase I made.

I get this error after upgrading the media module to version 2 Fatal error: Call to undefined function media_include_browser_js() in /home/public_html/sites/all/modules/drupalexp/modules/dexp_layerslider/dexp_layerslider.module on line 229

There are three conflicts with existing Drupal commons 7.3 build. Is there anyway to rename or resolve this? the 3 fields are: commons_body (Enabled) in field_base [body] commons_media (Enabled) in field_base [field_media] commons_profile_base (Enabled) in field_base [field_bio]

hi there I have a question, when you buy the template menu offered a choice of single page, but the menu of my site is getting me a session within it but its not true, actually when i go the button "about us" go an another page, you can helpme to fix it?

On the status page I get the following message - Video.js Not found Missing the Video.js library. Please download Video.js and extract it into the sites/all/libraries/video-js directory. It appears the module has been copied into both sites/all/modules and sites/all/libraries By the way how is this used on the site? Is there a shortcode or something that takes advantage of it?

At the top of the page are thinks to the social media sites. I want these sites to open in a new window. How would I write the short code to make this happen? Here is what the code looks like now.
