problem uploading files - solved

I've purchased this theme 3 times. The last 2 times I've had trouble uploading 2 files that are part of the package - /sites/all/modules/commerce/modules/product_reference/includes/views/handlers/commerce_product_reference_handler_filter_node_is_product_display.inc and /sites/all/modules/commerce/modules/product_reference/includes/views/handlers/commerce_product_reference_handler_filter_product_line_item_type.inc I ending up just grabbing the same files from the first purchase I made. The file size on both was the same so I figured nothing had changed. After some testing I found that it was an issue with the file path being to long. On the last to downloads I had put a date on the end of the file name which made the path longer for these last two purchases.
