Field Conflict when using as a theme for Drupal Commons

There are three conflicts with existing Drupal commons 7.3 build. Is there anyway to rename or resolve this? the 3 fields are: commons_body (Enabled) in field_base [body] commons_media (Enabled) in field_base [field_media] commons_profile_base (Enabled) in field_base [field_bio]
