Not Receiving Email when Attempting to Register

Hi,

I attempted to register using my work email (@nminnovation.com) however, regardless of how many times I tried to reset my login, I haven't received any emails. Incidentally, I did check my spam folder.

I was able to register using my gmail account. I would be happy to use that except that the system won't allow me to set Item Purchase Code. The reason given is that the code is already in use. No doubt because of the previously created account.

Any suggestions to resolve?

Incidentally, the reason I wanted to register is to find a solution to this issue.
