How to change Homepage layout

Hi, I've just setup a Jollyness on a fresh Drupal 7 here : http://www.michelpellegrino.fr/ I simply need, on the Homepage to replace the default layout actually displayed, and replace it by the Home-variation-1 one, displayed on the demo Themeforrest site ( http://demo.themesvision.com/drupal/jollyness/content/home-variation-1). Could you give me the step by step process or the tuto link ? Many thanks by advance ! Regards

Same... Selecting the Layout and Pressing the Save button for the page does not work. Assuming there is more to this?

Hello, Maybe you confuse about layout concept. If you want to set Home-variation-1 to home page, just config it by accessing to http://yoursiteurl.com/admin/config/system/site-information and put path of page you want to set to home page into Default front page text field. In this case, you only put content/home-variation-1. Thank you

Thanks, it's clearer now ! But I have a trouble : if I put, as default homepage link, content/home-variation-1, then the slider is displayed twice, when I click go to the homepage.
