Submenus not working in Megamenu

I am having trouble with submenus not displaying for my Basic Pages. Did a profile installation of Evolve into a fresh installation of Drupal 8.5.4. Please help.

A little more detail: when I navigate to the top menu page, or its submenu pages then the submenus display when hovering. Otherwise, the submenus do not show when hovering over the top menu.

Resolved: Did not have "Show as expanded" selected in the top menu.
