Site is Super Slow

Hi, I really like this theme and I really want to be able to use it. I have the demo site installed on a VPS and it takes 15 seconds or more to load. I tried installing it on a separate server to make sure it wasn't a fault in my server or host, but the test install of the demo site on a separate server yielded the same results. Users assume a site is broken if it takes more than 4 seconds to load; this theme renders my site functionally useless. Please help.

Could you please give us your URL for checking the site speed? Have you checked the same thing on our demo server to compare with your? Cheers.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. First: It's great that's it's not slow on your demo server, but I don't know how you're getting that result. I purchased testing space on a separate server with a different company and installed your demo in a completely fresh environment and got an even slower result. Second: I asked for help with this previously, gave my URL for troubleshooting, and Cong kept telling me my site was down. He sent me a screenshot to show me he was seeing that my site was down. I chatted with my server company about it, and they guessed that Cong might be blocked by a firewall for some reason and asked for his IP so they could figure out why and unblock him, but Cong has not responded to my request.
