Parallax can't show background image

Hello all, I'm trying to replace pictures with parallax effect so I doing this different steps : - configure the block - clic on drupalexp bloc settings - clic on bloc animation, - remove the actual image, - clic to upload a new background image, - clic again in the new window to upload a new picture, - I choose the file on my local filesystem (jpg 1080px x 720, - clic on upload, - clic next, - set some text in Alt text and Title text, - clic on save, - then I save the bloc And the result is that I've got no picture in my parallax bloc If it can help, I saw than when I upload the picture it's place is there : sites/default/files/ but when I save I can see it's trying to locate the file here : sites/default/files/styles/square_thumbnail/public/ and this repository doesn't exists... Can you help me please I don't understand why it's looking in the bad place. Thanks a lot Citananda Laxmi Web Agency

Yes I know that you told me this in your mail from 06/10, and I replyied you this on the same day : Hi Jimmy, I did what you told me to do, but I've got the same problem. If you look the front page, you can see that parallax effect is working on BUYER FEEDBACK on the bottom of the page. I never change the picture of the effect so it works. But when I make my own parallax bloc, it is not working, it's like it can't find the picture I upload. Try to edit the bloc "Fun facts" on middle of front page, you will see this problem. Hello, We have checked your site and see your have remove media 1.4 and replace by media 2.0 that does not support by block parallax module.

Can you tell me what is the best solution to downgrade from media 2.0 to 1.4 ?

To downgrade module 2.0 to 1.4 you'll need to disable and uninstall Media 7.x-2.0 and then install Media 7.x-1.4 from scratch. Thanks!

I think you should update the module to version 1.4 for your site first. We are trying to improve the theme but not sure when we can get it done. We will try my best. Thanks!

The media 2.0 still beta version, almost user are using media 1.x ao we recommended to keep the old old one. If you want to update for your site, we will help you to do it. Please semd us you url,admin account and ftp info to [email protected]. Thanks
