Can the theme be made "non responsive"?

Can the Evolve Drupal them have the responsive settings disabled? http://demo.themesvision.com/?sid=281#evolve Ideally we want Portfolio style with the "Boxed" layout. But we want the responsive functionality disabled, so it a fixed, non responsive site.
