Background video stopped working

We are using the the background YouTube video feature that can be added under "DrupalEXP Block Settings" > "Block Animation" "Background Video URL" but it appears to have stopped working. I was thinking maybe something changed on YouTube's end.

This is a live site so I'm hesitant about emailing the log in. It worked for several weeks and then stopped working. Can you tell me what I should be looking for? I'm not finding the background video on the demo site. Did this feature stop working on that site as well? I've purchased more than one license for the Jollyness theme and so I went and activated the 'Home Video Background' block (so it's using the YouTube video that was already in the "Background Video URL" field) that comes with the theme on another site and it didn't work on that site either.

Hello, The company i'm working with currently bought the jollyness theme using dexp and i'm having issues with the background vidéo system implementation. You emailed me the new replacement file for Youtube background videos and now background videos work. The problem I have now is that I'm trying to use both a background video and the rotating slider on the home page but there seems to be a conflict. If I remove the block with the background video the slider works but if I add the slider block back to the home page the rotating Layer Slider disappears. Thanks for your help.

" It should read If I remove the block with the background video the slider works but if I add the "BACKGROUND VIDEO BLOCK" back to the home page the rotating Layer Slider disappears.

I'm not sure what happened but it started working again. If anything changes I'll let you know.

Hi guys!

I´m having the same issue with the video background block, not working on evolve. 

I´ve tried changing the video and the position in the the appearance settings just to give it a try. 

I´ve put this "<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>" in the body section. 

The page has a paralllax on the header and a rotating view. I want to appear the video after the content.

It seems that the video has stopped working again. I find that it still works on desktops but not on mobile devices on which I have tested (Ipad, and Android phone). Any ideas of what could cause this? Did YouTube change something?

 

I wanted to test the demo site to see if background video still worked on it for mobile devices but I could not find a page that still used background video.
