displau view modes

Hello,

We changed the old theme of a drupal website with your Orane theme but some elments aren't display, for example i woud like to display 

what i have for portfolio for example

what i want for portfolio

and for others types too, for example blog article view mode i dont have the yellow ones :

but i can't find them, how did you created them ? thanks.
