CSS won't load in firefox

For some reason, the CSS file won't load for me in firefox or ie. It will load fine in Chrome. I don't know if I did something to it or what. I have tried clearing the caches, switching to a new theme and switching back, but I can't figure it out. The dev site is at stone.mystickycenter.com. Thanks for your help.

I found my issue. It was with adding a google font and didn't use the correct syntax. I found the error and the page loaded correctly.
