Select Media Issue

Hi, I recently purchased the Evolve theme for Drupal and have successfully installed the full package. However, I have an issue with the Select Media dialog box when trying to add either an image or a video to a Blog post. When I press the Select Media button I see the issue show in this screenshot: http://tinypic.com/r/281vn11/8 I have tried in Windows using IE & FF and also in Mavericks with Safari, FF & Chrome. Can you provide me with any advice or a solution please? Thanks
