missing icons

I have shortcodes enabled for my text format and also I have ensured that all the shortcode filters are enabled. I'm unable to get an icon to display on a Featured box. All the formatting appears, but it seems the icon image is missing?

Could you send us the your url which you want to show icon in featured box. I need to check it first. Thanks!
