Team Email links not Working

Thank you for your response. If I copy the code you have above my pictures start stacking one on top of the other. If I just look at the email section I updated the code to the below: and it does open an email now, but it does not populate the "To" section of the email with the email that was clicked. What do I need to add to populate the TO: part of the email?
