Issues installing within a Commerce Kickstart install

Hi, recently bought the Jollyness theme and I’ve got some issues installing it within a Commerce Kickstart install. Also, I’ve got issues with switching to the light theme when installing the Full Install.

Choosing the Theme Only install within my Commerce Kickstart install it errors after the 4th step ‘Copy modules from sub folders contrib and drupalexp at Packages/modules to sites/all/modules and enable them’ with the error Fatal error: Cannot redeclare views_views_plugins(). Removing the contrib module and leaving the drupalexp module stop the error.

Using the Full installation on a seperate site works fine until I try to change to the white preset and then the site doesn’t seem pick up the styles / javascript. There is no reported resources missing in Web Developer.

What fundamental thing am I doing wrong?
