Block Video Background not working

Hi guys!

I´m having an issue with the video background block, not working on evolve. 

I´ve tried changing the video and the position in the the appearance settings just to give it a try. 

I´ve put this "<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>" in the body section. 

The page has a paralllax on the header and a rotating view and some other content. I want to appear the video after the content.
