Homepage keeps "Orane" Title & Layout Questions

I've changed the title to my site, but some reason my home page is maintaining the "Orane" title. How do I fix this?

  - Flush Cache

Also, I'm unable to get "Subscibe to our Newsletter" and the email field on the same line. How do I fix this?
