I installed and configured Disclaimer module is it's not working. If I change theme to bartik then it works fine. Please let me know if any solutions.

Hello,
I have NOT used this module before. I tried to install and configure but it only works on Preview NOT in actual page both Jollyness and Bartik theme. I don't know what's problem. Sorry about that.
