How to add an additional parameters INCREMENT STEP, START FROM and COUNTER SPEED to short code ?

Could you please help me to add an additional parameters INCREMENT STEP, START FROM and COUNTER SPEED (in millisecods) to shortcode [stats timer='1' number='5809755' class='']CONTENT[/stats] to be able to manage separately speed of each counter and increment step? 

For example:

jimmy did it for me today, you can ask him the updated files for your theme. I can now add shortcode like this : [stats number='' icon='' class='' start_number='0' inc_step='1' speed='1']Title[/stats]

Hi,

I'd like to add these stat variables as well. Can you tell me what part of the theme I need to update? 

We've made significnat changes to the theme so a general update is not possible.
