Jollyness - Multi Purpose, eCommerce Drupal Theme

just bought and installed the demo version of this theme , went through all the steps.
I only get a blank screen 
/user    doesn't exist 
/?q=user    gives blank screen

Did i do somthing wrong ?

I need to change the logo link - which normally and by default points to <front> to point to a different URL altogether. Following advice on drupal.org and elsewhere, I modified the template.php in drupalexp as follows, changing <front> to the new URL in the linked_logo statement:

There is something I want to say. I do like the Jollyness theme, but what i don't like the way support is working. The forums are more or less useless as support isn't made via the forums but only via ticket system. Yeah, they respond pretty fast, but with a working forum, you don't have to answer every question a hundred times. Now you have thousands of open posts with just no answer.

Any idea why all my megamenus lost their product listings? The related views are working fine and I can actually see the products in the HTML source code, but the menus stay blank in every browser I have checked (IE, Firefox and Chrome). It worked fine at least before upgrading from Drupal core 7.35 => 7.38. I have a test site with out-of-the-box (not customized) jollyness theme (and everything else too e.g. modules and database) and it is the same thing there now with empty megamenus.

It seems like the grayscale filter isn't working on IE11. Not that big problem for me, but just to let you know.

I want to disable the Fullscreen Slider when I reach a certain Screen Width. Any chance of doing that? Didn't found any options as "Slide height" isn't doing what I expected it to do.

Another thing, is there a possibility to align the images in the slider on bottom instead of centering them?

after installing and enable xml-sitemap module, type of content (dexp_portfolio) was deleted.

The type of content will be deleted! Or better is no longer visible because in the database (node_type) type there is! but the content (node) can not edit! In content list the nodes have not description!
if you try a new fresh installation and installed and enabled xmlsitemap the content dexp_portfolio disappears.

I love this them and haven't had much issues. I noticed a few months ago my email was being blocked. It was put on some black list as spam. When I went into the website I found that my updates were still sending to an email address connected with DrupalExp that I missed and I think that was the reason it got blacklisted the first time. So I changed it to mine and thought things were fine. Are there any other areas that I may have missed that would cause drupal to send out emails?

For some time now I'm struggling to create a block view with tabs. I've tried to copy the settings of the ones the are created by default (like "Product Popularity Widget"), but I'm still not able. Can you please help with some step by step guidance. 

Hi I want also to ask (probably a silly question), but do I have install the e-commerce modules when installing the theme by the "full installation" method? As I see that the e-commerce modules are already in  the folders.
