Core Hacks, Core Hacks Everywhere

There is something I want to say. I do like the Jollyness theme, but what i don't like the way support is working. The forums are more or less useless as support isn't made via the forums but only via ticket system. Yeah, they respond pretty fast, but with a working forum, you don't have to answer every question a hundred times. Now you have thousands of open posts with just no answer.

Second thing. Nearly every solution is a core hack. I needed to disable comments - core hack. Comment reply not working - core hack. I do recognize that you don't make updates to your theme anymore, but if you would, anything of those changes would be lost.

Last but not least, there are a few small bugs (like the jquery Update error when you use jquery > 1.7 and get the error that you should use a version which is at least 1.7). I know that there are workarounds, but a clean solution integrated in your theme would be much appreciated.

One more thing, maybe I've just not get it right, but your "documentation" doesn't say anything about how the animations are working (shortcodes).

Thats just my two cents. I just wanted to say once more that I like your theme, but the sourroundings could have been much better.
