Shopping cart & Review page style

Dear,

I am enjoying your theme very much, great stuff! I do have a few minor errors:

- The shopping cart displays only in 6 columns (https://www.dropbox.com/s/12vtalvj3oizgjf/Schermafdruk%202015-01-06%201…)

- The style of the review page is looking weird (https://www.dropbox.com/s/nyn5u0pd5g8buz2/Schermafdruk%202015-01-06%201…)

Any idea how to fix them?

I just saw the "payments" and "order history" display the same way in the user profile.
