Search icon

I noticed that the search icon next to the menu jumps to the middle when viewed on a tablet or phone instead of staying to the right of the menu link. I also noticed this is fixed in the latest version. I see that templates/region--search.tpl.php has changed but just replacing the old file with the new didn't fix my issue. I couldn't figure out what other changes were made. Thanks for your help.
