Purchased Charitiz - Charity, Donation & Auction WP Theme

Hello.

 

I have 2 issues. One i have purchased the them : Charitiz - Charity, Donation & Auction WP Theme  but when i try to use my licence code it says the code has already been used.

 

During installation it  says i need Zo Plugins, I cannot find Zo Plugins anywhere.
