Problems intalling theme

Hi,

Recently bought the Exception theme and it looks that i cannot handle installing it.

Followed all instructions on documentation and now it gives me an error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function webform_menu_to_arg() in /home2/dragos/public_html/wisermedia.co.uk/includes/menu.inc on line 814

So, what i have done is,

quickinstall from my hostgator account of drupal 7 and then followed the steps of overwrite the database with the database found in the theme folder.

and then got stuck,

if i login to the hostgator panel i can see the domain, database etc.

if i login to ftp based on this domain.. its empty.

Could you please help me with this ?
