PROBLEMS TO INSTALL THEME CAR DEALER

Hello, I think I have a problem with the theme or wordpress platform, I think it may be because I use wp 5.3 and ftp is required is lower, I can do?

 

this is what I get when activating the theme:

Fatal error: Can't use function return value in write context in /home/automunchen/public_html/wp-content/themes/cardealer/inc/template.functions.php on line 650

someone else had the same problem.

Hi, The theme installs successfully for me but when I activate it, the whole site crumbles – page cannot be displayed. The live preview does not work either. Any ideas what could be causing it? I have to uninstall WordPress and start again.

when I install this theme I preserve getting this message. CISCO 300-101 Exam Guide This theme recommends the following plugin: Envato WordPress Toolkit. however i can’t locate the plugin.
