I opened the #1973 ticket 3 weeks ago and It has not been assigned yet. I'm sorry, is there someone here ?

I also opened a ticket a week ago. No response yet. One ticket of me is answered some weeks ago...

I must say that my tickets are resmponded in a descent timeframe so no complaints here.

I think the best way is to give as much info as possible but first of all search the forums. A lot of issues are allready fixed. Maybey a better search is a good idea or a good FAQ

 

 

 

It's a problem with the purchase. I bought 2 themes. At least they could show that they're active on their business.

I tried skype, forums, ticket, no answer anywhere.

OK...that is no good at all...
