Need the theme with drupal setup

I am really like to purchase http://demo.drupalexp.com/hotec/content/home-spa theme for one of my client. So this project is urgent and I need the theme with drupal setup wich include all drupal modules and database content as same as http://demo.drupalexp.com/hotec/content/home-spa if I purchase this theme it comes with all this or its only the theme. Please help me ASAP. Thanks
