map short code confusing

Hello, Can you please give more info as to how exactly the map short code works on the contact page? I managed to get close but I am still getting a visible "/> at the bottom of the map. I think the issue happened come from html code which is generated automatically by CKEditor. So please copy the shorcode below then switch to "Source" mode before pasting.
