Isotope Filter not working on portfolio

The isotope filter on the portfolio is not working correctly on my site. There are taxonomy terms that have content associated with them that do not appear when you click on the term. Help test site url: http://stone.mystickycenter.com (the portfolio has been renamed the idea gallery)
