Installation issue

I tried to install the theme on our site after downloading the zip archive. Not our site is coming up with blank pages. I installed a new version of Drupal v7.27 and again installed the theme. This time I go to the configuration of modules but I ended up in the same place as above. This is a huge issue as our site is now down. Any support you could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi dan_emsat, Have you installed the website with THEME ONLY mode? If right, the data is not available, so you will see blank pages. We highly recommended you install the website with FULL INSTALLATION mode, you will get a site same demo page. Please read the Installation section in our document along with the theme. If you still have any problem, please send us your site server deploy and right permission to our email to check it. Thanks,
