Images in product display level

Hello boutiquesoncart, When installing drupal-commerce module, it will create product type called Product with basic field (include image). Product variations is a power of Drupal commerce, so we created a content type called Product Display to show products. We MUST modify more when changing images from Product to Product Display and it is the bad way. Actually I am already using the product variations... It is just the variations doesnt chnage the actual product , like a bag with blue and yellow color so we are just putting one pic for product at content level and colors are handled at variation level. We are opting same stucture as commerce_kickstart , but the only difference is I am using Images at content level (display level) not at variation level

Any help guys...... Feeling pretty stupid as I have purchased the theme already

If you want to use image on product content level instead of variations level. With this case, you CAN'T change images when choosing colors such as images put on variations.
