How to Migrate to One of Your Themes?

Hi, I have a current website already built using another theme. I am considering purchasing one of your themes (probably "Shoot"), and would like to know the best way to migrate to a new theme for an existing site.

Can I see the theme instructions before purchasing so I can know how hard it is?
