How is contact-3 form configured

Hi,

I am trying to replicate the input form that you have attached to the contact/contact 3 menu item. I have gone through the menu items, blocks and content pages in the demo site, but can't figure it out :-(

Can you give me a tip?

Hello Nick,

The input form that attached to the contact/contact 3 page is located in Palas Contact 3 - Contact Form block. We are using embeded shortcode to include this block into anthor block. You can open block Palas Contact 3 - Contact Form to see
