I’m answering my own question: To be safe, I used both methods I changed the logo here and it works. By uploading the image.
http://www.YourSite/Demo/sites/all/themes/jollyness/logo.png
http://www.YourSite/Demo/misc/favicon.ico
Another way was to go to Appearance > Settings of Template > Drupal Core > Logo Image Settings > Path to custom logo. Shortcut to Icon Settings > Path to custom icon

To change the logo,please go to
http://your-domain/admin/appearance/settings/jollyness
then select drupal core,uncheck default checkbox then you can upload you new logo or favicon icon Thanks
