Help is needed since 4 month and no reply !!!

I don't know if there is a real technical help in this society because I tried to contact support from Forum or with ticket support, and :

  • sometimes I got no answer,
  • sometimes I got answer asking for ftp and admin access to my website, after that, nothing !

I did my first post on forum on october 20th 2014 : http://support.drupalexp.com/forum/parallax-cant-show-background-image

For this question I have no solution, I opened a ticket on this ticket support on january the 15th and also no solution today.

Susu just tried to connect one day, and then nothing.

I also have another ticket http://support.drupalexp.com/ticket/1701 opened without solution.

So I can say that I like your DrupalExp core but their themes are not usable because they are not up to date with important module : media 2.0.

I hope one day I will have some help, but at this moment I am loosing patience.

perhaps try the comments on the site you purchased the theme on.  that's more visible to the public.
