Full Installation Problem

Hello, could you help me please I have a problem with the full installation. I have done everything step by step to complete installation but when I load the website appears the following error: Error The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. Error message PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/arganvir/public_html/includes/lock.inc). I seem to be the database user not right. Please check it again in settings.php file under sites/default folder. please change the permission of this file before change database configuration. Let me know if you still get the issue. Cheers.
