Flag robots.txt problem and others

Hello , I was asked to update my drupal site but after updating i found two problems first :

Flag robots.txt problem Search engines flagging content Flag module may currently be used with anonymous users, however the robots.txt file does not exclude the "/flag/" path, which may cause search engines to randomly flag and unflag content when they index the site. It is highly recommended to add "Disallow: /flag/" to your robots.txt file (located in the root of your Drupal installation).

Hello,

If you go back to your menus and resave each one, this error should go away. I will write a little upgrade routine to do this automatically.
