Exception - Product page photo issue

In the exception theme if you have a product that only has one photo, the "photo zoom" functionality is not working.

EXAMPLE:
http://demo.drupalexp.com/exception/product/denim-miniskirt - If you mouse over photo it "zooms" to show detail.
http://demo.drupalexp.com/exception/product/floral-t-shirt-0 - Only has one photo and if you mouse over the photo there is no "zoom".

Functionality should be the same whether there are multiple photos or just one image.

*Would love to see a folder/thread just on Exception as you have with the other themes!
