Evolve compatible wirh Shoot theme?

Hello,

Last year I bought The Shoot theme That uses the drupalexp core theme and a lot of modules.

I whant to use Evolve in the same Drupal Installation. Is Compatible with Shoot? Uses the same code? (modules and drupalexp core)
