Error In create taxonomy terms

hi, when i want to create taxonomy term : FieldException: Attempt to create an instance of a field field_poem that doesn't exist or is currently inactive. in field_create_instance() (line 476 of C:\xampp\htdocs\ev\modules\field\field.crud.inc). ty :)
