DrupalExp and LayerSlider not visible for other users with admin rol

Hello Great theme! Currently I see the options "DrupalExp" and "LayerSlider" in the main admin bar (with my admin user) However, if I create another user with the same role (administrator), that new user don't see these options in the main admin bar. So, the new admin user does not have access to this. Any suggestion for this problem? Thanks! Francisco. Spain.

I have not received any notice about the product update if the module was updated to new version.

I have emailed support and have not heard an answer as to the why the admin is the only one who can edit the front page scroller. Please can you comment and sort out a fix. regards, Jon
