Drupal says: "You are using jQuery 1.10.2. Please upgrade to jquery ui 1.7.x or higher!"

Although I've just updated jquery to 1.10.2 it is not possible to enable the Jollyness theme under the menu appearence. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
Some feature in our theme requires jQuery 1.7 and higher, So if you use jQuery 1.10.2, our theme cannot be enabled. Please update jquery to 1.7 or higher to use our theme. Thanks!
How to update to this version, because i thought, that 1.10.2 is newer then 1.7. Can you help me how to do it? Thank you
Please send your URL and admin account to [email protected]. We will help you to do it. Thanks!
To update to the 1.7 of jquery you try to do the fllowing. From the admin menu bar -> Configuarion->Development->Jquery update

Hi, I have the same problem. I keep getting this error msg telling me that I need to upgrade to 1.7 but I have 1.11 which is higher than 1.7 so I dont get it. could u help me? I have aready tried the jquery update but gives me the same result.

is it correct that I have to downgrade to 1.7 to get it working?

it just does not work. I have installed the drupal module jquery update, un der configuration I have the different options for the different versions of jquery. I have from 1.4 (drupal core) all the way to 2.1 and even in that case I just cant get it to work. drupalexp and richer are both listed as if they had 1.7 but I keep getting the error msg "You are using jQuery 1.4.4. Please upgrade to jquery ui 1.7.x or higher!"  please help me!!!

Another issue, I have followed the installation indications as outlined in the /DrupalExp_Richer/Documentation/index.html#!/installation however I keep getting no where. I have tryed to install the theme only,

  1. Copy both the richer and drupalexp themes (located in package at Packages/themes) into your sites theme directory (sites/all/themes)..
  2. Install and enable jquery_update module and change jQuery version to 1.7
  3. Enable the Rplash theme from Appearance menu.
  4. Copy modules from sub folders contrib and drupalexp at Packages/modules to sites/all/modules and enable them
  5. Copy libraries from Packages/libraries to sites/all/libraries.

where is Rplash? in my appareance menu there is not Rplash. I just cant find the Rplash anywhere. Do I have to follow the full installation steps? or may I just install the theme only? Please help, the jquery thing is just not working.

BTW, how much would u charge me for getting this to work on my site and walk me through the use of the theme?
