Dexp Portfolio : show nothing by default

I was a happy customer with organic food theme but I got some troubles bending it the way I want. I've searched the forum but I didn't see the solution so here is my request : I'm using the dexp_portfolio feature to show some taxonomy term. I got lot of data to load and I've deleted the pagination (I got some problem with more than 9 items : the pagination process didn't worked properly but it's a request for another time ;) ) When I load my portfolio page, by default it show "all" and I want, by default, to show "none". Can you help me with this ? Many thanks.
