Commerce File 404 Error

Hello, I have installed commerce file module with all required dependancies. When I try to download a licensed file, there is an error: "The requested page "/file/3/download?token=S4Cz5VxVcIEwT3UfphK3f3yczcAvjvI-B__yXqHAGqc" could not be found". the same situation happens with Amazons3 module, when S3 is set as upload destination. In both cases, when I create a product display, my file is uploaded correctly (to private files folder on my localhost server, or to Amazon S3 server), but when I try to download it after the checkout, the link is broken. This problem does not happen with a clean drupal installation with a CDN bootstrap theme. I would be grateful for your help. Best regards
