Changing Site Email address causes sending erro

Hi, I tried changing the site information email address from [email protected] to support@(mydomain).com and now when I complete checkout I get a message: Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists. The drupal log says: Error sending e-mail (from support@(mydomain).com to [email protected]). This seems odd as it advises you to use an email address ending in your domain name. Why would [email protected] work and not my own? Do I need to install a separate mail module? Thanks.
Installed Phpmailer module and now works fine!

Awesome post. I would love to see true life prepared to walk, so please share more informative updates. Great work keeps it up. CCNP Enterprise

I had the same error and, to be honest, I don't remember how to fix it.

I'm glad that you found help yourself. The only thing that I can do right now is to recommend you create your email signature here https://newoldstamp.com/solutions/email-signature-for-personal-assistant/ . It has a lot of benefits if you have your own business. Even if you don't it makes you look more professional in the eyes of the employers.
