Carousel not showing

Sometimes the carousel won't load until I refresh.. both logged in and logged out, in safari, chrome and firefox. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

I fixed it after posting in the forum. But apparently, it doesn't work while logged in. Which is a BIG issue for logged in users.
