Cannot Upload Background Image

Hello, I updated my Evolve theme to the latest version and no do not have the option or button to upload a background image via the drupalexp block. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

I was able to get arround the issue using Chrome or Firefox to edit drupalexp functions in blocks. IE11 does not display all functions.

I'm having this same issue now on all my sites using your themes.  I think it must be something with a recent update, because I used to be able to upload images just fine.
