Can not create and add a region to a sector

Hi I purchase the Evolove theme, it's very strong, but I have have problems. In the layout, (Home » Administration » Appearance » Settings >> Evolve), I can create a new sector, but how to create a new region and add it to the sector? Look forward to hear from you Leon

To add new region,you have to add it in evolve.info then clear cache. After that you will see the region in the layout page. Thanks.
